Conduct end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research to improve Notion's AI features (e.g., Notion Agent, Chat). Study human–AI workflows, run usability and post-ship evaluations, partner with Design/Product/Engineering/Data Science, communicate insights to stakeholders, and connect research to measurable business outcomes.

Design product concepts and features, run projects collaboratively with engineers, and work cross-functionally to enhance user experiences. Engage with teams to refine product roadmap and storytelling strategies, while evolving design patterns and systems.
