The Sr. Director of Analyst Relations will develop and implement a strategic analyst relations plan, build relationships with industry analysts, drive awareness of Freshworks’ offerings, and influence product strategies based on analyst feedback. This role collaborates across teams to ensure successful participation in analyst evaluations and improve communication within the company.
