The Data Center Selection team member will define regional vendor strategies, manage end-to-end deals involving data center vendors, and work with multiple stakeholders to support Cloudflare's infrastructure growth while maintaining vendor relationships and overseeing budgetary concerns.

The Compensation Analyst will participate in compensation surveys, analyze market data, maintain compensation databases, develop compensation models, and partner with recruiters to create competitive compensation offers. They will also help implement and administer compensation policies and assist with total compensation communications.
