Verkada is looking for Technical Support Engineers to support their enterprise customers by troubleshooting technical issues, providing expertise in design and configuration, and collaborating with the Engineering and Product teams. The role involves full-stack troubleshooting, customer communication, bug identification, and knowledge base article creation.

Facilitate security throughout the software development lifecycle, evangelize software security best practices, collaborate with engineering teams, set up security tooling, operate bug bounty program, collaborate with CISO, share security experience with teams internally and externally.
