About This Role: 

Crusoe is seeking a skilled and experienced Zendesk Explore Reporting Specialist to assist with creating comprehensive reports and dashboards. This is a contract position, ideal for someone who can work independently and deliver actionable insights to enhance our customer support operations. This contract role will be about 20 - 30 hours a week for a duration of 8 - 12 weeks.

A Day In The Life:

• Design, build, and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Zendesk Explore.

• Analyze customer support data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into functional reports.

• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across reports.

• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.

• Train team members on how to use and interpret Zendesk Explore reports and dashboards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Zendesk Explore reporting.

You Will Thrive in this Role if: 

• Proven experience with Zendesk Explore and a strong understanding of its reporting capabilities.

• Demonstrated ability to create and manage complex reports and dashboards.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience in a customer support or service environment is a plus.

• Familiarity with data visualization best practices.

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in a contract or freelance capacity.

  • Knowledge of SQL or other data manipulation languages.

  • Experience with other reporting tools and software.

Compensation Range:

Compensation will be paid in the range of $35hr - $45hr. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
