About the role:

As a Workplace Services Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our San Francisco, serving as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues, repairs, and maintenance. Your responsibilities include overseeing on-site food and beverage services, coordinating with Workplace Experience and IT teams, managing service vendors, and planning and executing internal events. You will also manage workplace forms and tickets, support reception and security, and handle seating assignments, occupancy reporting, and mail distribution.

Roles and responsibilities in the hub:

  • Manage day-to-day facility operations of our beautiful San Francisco a  hub, including being the POC for issues, repairs, maintenance, receiving, desking, access control, and security

  • Oversee, manage, and facilitate the onsite daily F&B programming

  • Resourcefully and consistently manage our service vendors (Day porter, First Aid, Sanitation)

  • Be the main point of contact for on-site/off-site events: Concept, plan, and execute any added employee events, including company-wide parties, happy hours, team-hosted summits, and GoodRx all-hands.

  • Collaborate closely with the Engagement team to produce monthly events in the hub. Responsibilities include brainstorming event concepts, coordinating logistics, managing event timelines, and ensuring smooth operations on the event day. Work with vendors, secure necessary supplies, and assist in post-event evaluations to continuously improve future events.

  • Maintain and cultivate internal culture by working closely with the Comms & Engagement and Executive Leadership.

  • Manage vendor relationships for the San Francisco hub  (Snacks, meals, plants, maintenance, etc.)

  • Oversee the Snack & Beverage Program for GoodRx: 

    • Communications for any machine repairs or replacements

    • Management of inventory

    • POC for vendors

    • Management of monthly menus (if/when we bring them back)

  • Track and manage the budget for office operations and events, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.

  • Management of Workplace forms and Service Now Tickets.

  • Manage on-site parking access and monthly user list.

  • Continued support of reception/security

    • Responsible for welcoming any large groups/tours, VIP guests, and VIP candidates

  • Manage seating assignments  for all new San Francisco employees.

  • Manage occupancy reporting and seating requests for hot desking.

  • Handling mail and package distribution, including sending out packages.

Qualifications: 

  • Proficiency in Google Applications and ServiceNow and outstanding communication and collaboration skills are required. 

  • The ideal candidate is self-directed, detail-oriented, and a creative problem-solver with high integrity and strong emotional intelligence. 

  • Experience in workplace coordination, event planning and delivery, vendor management, and spreadsheet tracking is essential. 

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience is required. 

  • The role also requires lifting to 50 lbs and moving hub furniture as needed. Candidates must be available on-site during business hours, Monday through Friday.

The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Please contact your recruiter for additional information.

San Francisco and Seattle Offices:

$96,000.00 - $154,000.00

New York Office:

$88,000.00 - $141,000.00

Santa Monica Office:

$80,000.00 - $128,000.00

Other Office Locations:

$72,000.00 - $115,000.00
