• Lead Workday project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Workday configurations and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams, vendors, and business units to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide functional expertise in Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Security, and Reporting.
• Conduct system testing, validation, and end-user training to ensure successful adoption.
• Manage and maintain existing system integrations and lead the development of new integrations within the HRIS architecture.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization within Workday.

 Key Skills/Experience Requirements

• Proven experience as a Workday Project Manager and/or Business Analyst in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Merger & Acquisition strategies for workday, clone ,and purge for data.
• Strong understanding of Workday core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, & Payroll Connection with Third party.
• Proven experience in Security and Reporting structure.
• Proficient in designing & developing Workday integrations.
• Experience in managing full project life cycles, from initiation to post-implementation support.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Workday certification(s) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
