Workday PMO / Functional Consultant1
- Lead Workday project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Workday configurations and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, vendors, and business units to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide functional expertise in Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Security, and Reporting.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and end-user training to ensure successful adoption.
- Manage and maintain existing system integrations and lead the development of new integrations within the HRIS architecture.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization within Workday.
Key Skills/Experience Requirements
- Proven experience as a Workday Project Manager and/or Business Analyst in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with Merger & Acquisition strategies for workday, clone ,and purge for data.
- Strong understanding of Workday core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, & Payroll Connection with Third party.
- Proven experience in Security and Reporting structure.
- Proficient in designing & developing Workday integrations.
- Experience in managing full project life cycles, from initiation to post-implementation support.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Workday certification(s) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
