About 40,000 small businesses use our tools to build websites and send out our content. Generally, these businesses don’t have marketing departments but are growth-minded enough to know they need to market themselves. 

We help them do just that. We work together to create beautiful website designs, automated marketing tools, and award-winning educational content for them. The end goal is to help them build better relationships with their clients with less hands-on effort.

About the Role

Are you ready to take on a unique opportunity to lead the enterprise sales efforts for a mature, cutting-edge Software as a Service (SaaS) company that's revolutionizing the insurance industry? We're seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Sales for Agency Revolution, FMG’s brand focused on property and casualty (P&C) insurance agencies and brokers.

Ideal Candidate Profile
You are a strong leader who is passionate about driving growth, has a servant-leader mindset, and is excited to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty. You develop and execute successful enterprise sales strategies to generate leads and sales.
To be successful in this role, you have experience in the insurance industry and a proven track record of prospecting and selling SaaS solutions to C-level and decision-making executives of Top 100 P&C insurance agencies, insurance carriers, insurance networks and  insurance agency aggregation companies that require sales, marketing and service automation solutions. You will prospect, qualify, manage, and scale key accounts, with an emphasis on hunting new opportunities and farming existing ones to achieve personal revenue targets. Key responsibilities include enhancing market awareness, positioning our products effectively, servicing existing enterprise customers, and generating a healthy flow of new sales opportunities. 
As VP of Enterprise Sales for Agency Revolution, you will be a member of FMG’s Executive Team and will play a key role in shaping the company’s future, particularly its enterprise growth strategy. As a senior executive in the company, you must seamlessly transition from an Executive Strategy session to a tactical boots-on-the-ground situation—all in the same day, if not the same hour.
The VP of Enterprise Sales will report to the President of Agency Revolution.
Compensation This position offers $150,000-$180,000 depending on experience and qualifications and is also eligible for an annual bonus. Primary Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Establish clear sales goals, metrics, and performance indicators
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with product development and marketing initiatives
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision making
  • Develop and deliver customized sales proposals and presentations, specifically tailored for senior executives and decision-makers within the home office environment
  • Establish and nurture enduring relationships with C-level executives, senior management, and key stakeholders to enhance client engagement and satisfaction
  • Serve as the principal account lead for designated accounts, devising and executing plans to expand the AR presence across the organization, while fostering and strengthening client relationships
  • Maintain and expand a comprehensive pipeline of qualified leads through strategic outreach, targeted prospecting, and active participation in key industry events, conferences, and trade shows

Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales leadership roles with a focus on selling SaaS products to P&C insurance businesses
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Solid understanding of the P&C Insurance industry, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and manage customer implementations of technology solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to clearly write documents and deliver presentations tailored to diverse audiences, including both business and IT stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and complex decision-making processes
  • Experience with sales technology stack (CRM, BI tools, etc.)
  • Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
