A day in the life 

Prologis seeks a dynamic, strategic, and people-focused VP of Digital & Demand to lead the strategy and execution of digital marketing and demand generation initiatives to drive growth, customer acquisition, and retention. This role requires a visionary leader who thrives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and performance analytics, with the ability to scale high-impact marketing programs aligned with business goals. This position plays a crucial role in optimizing the overall digital customer journey for our B2B customers and driving digital business growth.  

 

Key responsibilities include:  

  • Develop the vision and strategy for Prologis’ end-to-end digital experience strategy focused on brand visibility, customer engagement, lead generation and sales 

  • Develop and lead an integrated digital marketing strategy across web, social media, paid media, email, SEO, and emerging digital channels. 

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience across all digital touchpoints. 

  • Identify and adopt new technologies and platforms to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. 

  • Own the global demand generation strategy, driving pipeline growth through multi-channel campaigns, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), and personalized customer journeys. 

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing campaigns with pipeline and revenue goals. 

  • Implement and optimize lead nurturing programs that accelerate the buyer journey. 

  • Develop strategies derived from consumer data to drive traffic, optimize marketing spend, identify cross sell opportunities, introduce new products, enable omni channel distribution, and build a strong brand. 

  • Leverage analytics and marketing automation tools to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights. 

  • Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring strategic investment in technologies and platforms that support scalable, future-ready marketing initiatives and drive measurable impact. 

  • Coordinate with IT to evaluate, launch, and maintain digital commercial technologies and solutions to enable digital strategy. 

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of digital marketers and demand generation professionals. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team. 

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on goals and execution. 

  • Manage productive relationships with external agencies and technology providers to support marketing objectives. 

 

Building blocks for success 

Required:  

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing and demand generation, with a proven track record of driving growth in B2B environments. 

  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau). 

  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM and paid media strategies. 

  • Expertise in design-building ABM programs, with a history of success in embedding marketing roles within account management teams to enhance client relationships. 

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results. 

  • Exceptional communication, leadership skills, with a history of building and managing high-performing teams as well as productive relationships across functions.  

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, creative, and project management skills. 

 

Preferred:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). 

Hiring Salary Range of: $195,000 - $244,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target and LTI) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
