Technical Operations Manager 

The Technical Operations Manager is responsible for spearheading product initiatives within the Supply Team, focusing on supply chain-oriented products and engaging in customer-facing projects. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in product management who are capable of bridging the gap between technical development and market delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Product Development and Management: Lead the development and lifecycle management of products related to the supply chain, ensuring they fulfill market needs and align with organizational goals.
    • USPS Product Initiatives: Manage specific product launches that incorporate USPS-based solutions, aligning with broader business objectives while adhering to regulatory standards.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with various internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to drive product success and ensure seamless market entry.
    • Operational Improvement: Apply operational and supply chain expertise to enhance product development processes, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness in production and delivery.
    • Market Analysis: Perform thorough market research and competitor analysis to guide strategic product decisions and position products competitively.

What will you bring to this role...

    • Experience: At least 2+ years in product management or a closely related field of technical ownership. Experience in operations, supply chain management, mailing, LSS, or manufacturing is highly beneficial.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. Advanced degrees or certifications in product management or operational logistics are advantageous.
    • Skills:
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
      • Proficient in SQL and familiar with API testing and development tools such as Postman.
      • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
      • Bonus: Experience in mailing, supply chain, manufacturing, or other operational roles is highly valued.
    • Soft Skills Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Should be adaptable and customer-focused, with a drive to integrate product and operational strategies effectively.

Compensation Information

This position is structured to receive a base salary + Restricted Stock Units

Base salary: $92,000 - $112,500
