ClassDojo's goal is to give every child on Earth an education they love.

We started by building a powerful network for communication. ClassDojo’s flagship app is the #1 communication app connecting K-12 teachers, children, and families globally. Teachers use it to share what’s happening throughout the day through photos, videos, and messages that make parents feel like they’re there. It’s actively used in over 95% of US schools, reaching over 45 million children in 180 countries, with a team of just around 200 people [1]. We are now beginning to use this network to give kids the best learning experiences in the world, far beyond those a standard school can provide.

We hire for talent density. Our team comprises the most talented, entrepreneurial, and innovative teammates from around the world, with experience in education and large scale consumer internet companies, including Instagram, Netflix, Dropbox, Stripe, Uber, Y Combinator, and more. We’re building a company where the most talented people want to work. We believe you’ll do the best work of your life here—and you’ll pioneer the future of education, too.

What you’ll do:

As a Technical Implementation Strategist, you support the most technical and complex parts of district-wide roll-outs of ClassDojo. This role is highly cross-functional. You’ll be part of a broader team of technical implementation specialists and you’ll work closely with a District Onboarding Manager who oversees the broader onboarding project plan and District Partnerships Manager who oversees the stakeholder relationships and account strategy. You will also partner with the Product Management, Engineering, and Success and Implementation while interacting with district IT partners throughout the implementation process to ensure a successful roll-out of ClassDojo.

  • Maintain excellent documentation and update project status for internal team members across multiple implementation projects and timelines.
  • Work with the broader success and implementation team to proactively build and iterate on efficient systems and processes.
  • Help build, maintain, and execute a strong quality assurance processes

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in K-12 SIS integrations (API, Plug-ins, SFTP, etc.)
  • Proven experience in data cleaning and quality checking, foundational experience with SQL.
  • Proven ability to independently manage a high volume of projects on tight deadlines with a high level of organization and accuracy
