As the Technical Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Oversee the management of requirements documentation, including standards, specifications, and test documentation.

  • Conduct gap analysis and ensure traceability between requirements and tests.

  • Develop and maintain test case documentation, verification methods, and compliance tracking.

  • Establish and maintain connections between standards, specifications, and test cases.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and address documentation gaps.

  • Monitor and manage the status of documentation, including review and approval workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • Proven experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Polarion).

  • Strong proficiency in technical documentation.

  • Solid understanding of systems engineering principles.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Demonstrated experience with requirements traceability.

  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
