Responsibilities

  • On-site implementation of live systems and conducting staff training of products
  • Train customers on the VenueNext suite of applications.
  • Perform Site Surveys to gather information on stadiums and arenas.
  • Ensure solutions meet the specification of the customer requirements and verify requirements are met.
  • Be a subject matter expert on S&E POS and payments products, both software and hardware.
  • Review menu configurations with customers before the Implementation team arrives on site to ensure each customer is satisfied with their setup.
  • Ensure follow-up and resolve issues arising from workshop sessions and/or related to business processes and system functionality intermittently.
  • Maintain product labs and assist in issue reproduction and research.
  • Stay Current on job related equipment, procedures and information via attendance of critical meetings and team stand-ups
  • Managing Travel Expense Reports and following company Travel Policy

Qualifications

  • Experience with architecture and configuration of enterprise software 
  • Ability to read technical documentation and logs 
  • Demonstrated consulting skills
  • Capable of driving process improvement
  • Strong interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work with clients and partners to build a sense of shared ownership and minimizes potential resistance
  • High degree of initiative, motivation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to change in a complex global organization
  • Professional approach when dealing with internal and external customers, including clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • High degree of initiative, accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful circumstances
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with proprietary information
  • Demonstrable record in successful large-scale enterprise software implementation

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or 4+ years of related experience
  • Previous consulting or participation in large-scale enterprise projects
  • 2+ years in the IT industry
  • 2+ years experience in POS, payments or related technologies a plus
  • Hospitality experience a plus
  • Working knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Docs a plus

Considerations:

  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
  • Ability to work nights or weekends
  • Ability to handle long periods of standing/walking
  • Ability to regularly lift boxes of varying weight
