Purpose:
The Senior Consultant primarily supports the Predictive Index client service team. This role will focus on data-driven coaching using behavioral data and insights to support various HR and people-related functions, including hiring, onboarding employees, performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development. The Predictive Index Senior Consultant will help with onboarding and rollout of the Predictive Index software and serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on Predictive Index best practices. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with the Predictive Index consulting team to provide exceptional service to clients.
  • Act as the primary client point of contact for account planning, support, and software renewals for clients.
  • Actively participates with regional teams and industry leaders in business development activities as subject matter expert.
  • Develop content and facilitate client workshops and other speaking engagements.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships by identifying and pursuing opportunities for training purchases, cross-selling additional services, and attracting new clients from the market.
  • Travel to client sites, conferences, Wipfli offices as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable college or university in business, human resources, I/O psychology, organizational communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years experience in a professional services firm
  • Training, support, or consulting advisory experience highly desired
  • Proficient in client relationship management tools, virtual meeting software, and the MS office suite
  • Predictive Index certification or experience highly preferred


Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize of work under pressure, within budget and time deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while quickly responding to unexpected events or changing priorities.
  • Ability to work towards client management
  • Ability to support sales, marketing and cross-selling through events, webinars, whitepapers, and knowledge of other Wipfli Consulting offerings.
  • Ability to get involved in projects aligned within industries of Interest and select an Industry of focus.
  • Excellent Written, Verbal and Presentation skills.

Wipfli values fair, transparent, and competitive compensation, considering each candidate's unique skills and experiences. The estimated base pay range for this role is $79,000 to $132,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws.
Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
