We're hiring a talent lead for to cover all of our post Series A hiring needs! At its core, all talent + recruiting work distills down to two key functions: (1) generating demand via outbound and events (2) selling top-talent down-funnel on why Doss is where they belong.
What You’ll Do

Find and Sell Top-Talent: Outbound / sourcing top talent across engineering, sales, product, and other critical functions. Down-funnel you'll be their champion and advocate.

Manage External Recruiting Firms: Oversee third-party recruiting firms to augment internal efforts.

Cross-Functional Hiring: Deeply understand how our talent needs, team composition, and company culture map to different roles.

Scale the People Organization: Build and evolve the talent and people function to support rapid growth following our Series A.
