Challenges You Will Solve
Red Canary is searching for a highly organized Talent Coordinator to join the Talent team and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and seamless employee experience from recruitment to onboarding, while supporting various HR-related tasks. You’ll get the opportunity to work closely with recruiters and candidates during the interview and new hire process.
What You'll Do
- Work collaboratively across multiple Talent and HR functions
- Oversee scheduling for interviews and onboarding sessions, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all candidates and new hires
- Maintain and manage new hire data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal HR systems.
- Provide ad hoc HR support by answering employee questions related to HR policies and general inquiries
- Assist the recruiting team with scheduling, new hire onboarding documents, reporting, and updating Recruiting SOPs
- Administration of the ATS and LinkedIn platform
- Assist with various HR-related tasks and projects as needed such as offboarding, HR presentations, HR reporting and various HR administrative tasks
What You'll Bring
- Minimum of 2 years experience in human resources, recruitment coordination, or administration and scheduling roles
- Experience coordinating interviews within a fast paced environment
- Highly proficient in G-Suite including: Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas and functions such as vlookups) and Google Slides (create professional, engaging presentations)
- A customer-focused attitude with a strong emphasis on delivering a great experience for both candidates and employees
- Strong attention to detail and email management
- Capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines in an environment that requires flexibility and adaptability
- Experienced with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) is preferred
Base salary for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
This role is eligible for a grant of stock options, subject to the approval of the company's board of directors. This role is also eligible for participation in the company's bonus program.
