ABOUT THE TEAM

As Systems Security Engineering Manager you will lead a team of Systems Security Engineers and Architects who are tasked with securing products for our most important programs. This role requires demonstrating technical leadership, ensuring engineering rigor, and fostering a collaborative environment between the Systems Security Engineering team and the other Anduril teams working on large programs.

ABOUT THE JOB

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead and manage a team of Systems Security Engineers and Architects working across a range of complex, highly technical programs.
  • Oversee identification of security requirements, implementation of controls, and development of security architectures for Anduril products.
  • Guide the creation of technical documentation needed for system security accreditation.
  • Oversee development and execution of security test and assessment plans.
  • Regularly brief and interact with technically-oriented government customers to communicate progress, gather feedback, and ensure program success.
  • Foster a creative, high-performance culture within the team, and proactively assess team skills versus needs, identifying personnel development or recruitment opportunities to strengthen the team’s capabilities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (technical background preferred).
  • Knowledge of Government cybersecurity policies related system security.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
US Salary Range
$196,000$294,000 USD

 

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
