We are looking for a Systems Integration Engineer to lead the bring-up, validation, and triage of our custom hand.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate across mechanical, electrical, firmware, and technician teams to plan and execute first article bring-ups
- Build and oversee the execution of benchtop validation
- Plan and execute integration into the full robot stack and subsequent on-robot validation
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, test plans, and validation results
- Perpetually respond to on-robot failures, including coordinating failure analysis and driving solutions from conception to working on robot
- Drive diagnostics needs to speed up root-cause analysis and on-robot health checks
Requirements:
- Relevant experience integrating custom mechatronic systems for real products
- Depth in one or more of the following areas: electrical, firmware, controls, or mechanical
- Excellent communication and planning skills
- Hands-on, highly technical approach to integration

- Prior experience working robotic manipulators
- Prior experience working with humanoids
