The Product Marketing Manager Intern position is a part of our Roblox 12-week summer internship program located in San Mateo, CA. As a Product Marketing Manager Intern you will work alongside the product management and engineering teams to initiate the development of a comprehensive GTM plan for our upcoming major product launch. The primary goals of this plan will be to drive demand, accelerate product adoption, and ensure that our products strongly resonate with our target audiences while optimally meeting market needs.

You Will:

  • Work with a team building cross-functional strategic marketing plans to drive results.
  • Build go-to-market plans that help drive awareness and adoption of key features with creators
  • Build compelling content for the Roblox Developer Conference

You Have:

  • Pursued or pursuing an MBA 
  • 2+ years experience in Marketing and or gaming.
  • Experience working on go-to-market campaigns.
  • Clear story-telling skills, with the ability to conceive creative ideas with goals, partners and community in mind.
  • Cross-functional projects and operation leadership skills.

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual hourly rate could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Please note that not all benefits shown below are applicable to internship opportunities.

Hourly Pay Range

$42$42 USD

Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).

Hybrid Workspace

Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.

We are requiring employees to be in the office three days a week – with core days being Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. On Mondays and Fridays, employees may choose to work remotely, although the office will still be open.
