We are seeking a highly motivated Strategy Operations Manager to drive company strategy, operational execution, and data-driven decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, structures strategic processes, and drives company-wide initiatives that enhance efficiency, growth, and competitive positioning.

As a bridge between Finance, R&D and the Revenue Team, the person will ensure that product innovation and go-to-market strategies are tightly aligned, facilitating seamless collaboration and driving success. They will play a key role in translating our products and solutions into business impact while ensuring feedback loops inform product development and revenue strategies.

The ideal candidate is a structured thinker and problem solver who can break down complex business challenges, distill insights from large data, and translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations. They will play a critical role in developing and refining strategic processes, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and executing high-impact initiatives that drive growth and operational improvements.

This role requires someone who can drive projects forward with minimal guidance, manage multiple stakeholders, and ensure decision-making is rooted in data and business logic. You’ll work closely with the C-team, as these projects are strategically important and directly impact the company’s future. If you are proactive, execution-focused, and eager to own end-to-end strategic initiatives, we’d love to hear from you!

In this role, you will:

  • Own end-to-end strategic projects, from defining key questions to delivering recommendations and tracking impact
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to align company initiatives with strategic goals
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear communication of insights, timelines, and trade-offs
  • Drive data-informed decision-making by querying, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights
  • Support company strategy through data-driven insights, including key growth initiatives, monetization opportunities, and operational improvements
  • Ensure data accuracy and automation, working with data engineering to streamline workflows and improve efficiency

Skills Required:

  • Analytical & Business Acumen – Quickly identifies key business drivers, ensuring relevant data is ready for decision-making. Distills complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Stakeholder Management & Influence – Strong communicator who builds trust across all levels, proactively aligning stakeholders and securing buy-in before key meetings
  • Actionable Recommendations & Problem-Solving – Focused on delivering practical solutions, not just analysis. Able to cut through ambiguity, drive clarity, and move projects forward—even when others hesitate
  • Execution & Ownership – Takes initiative with minimal guidance, handling details and ensuring progress. Comfortable scoping, analyzing, and presenting recommendations independently
  • Resilience & Adaptability – Learns from setbacks, iterates quickly, and moves forward with better plans. Balances accountability with progress
  • Technical Proficiency – SQL required
  • Tableau, Snowflake, and Pigment are a plus

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field; Advanced degrees (MBA, Master’s) are a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic/data-driven role within a technology company, management consulting, or investment banking
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a strong ability to manipulate and interpret large datasets
  • 2+ years of proficiency in SQL
  • Strong problem-solving skills – ability to break down ambiguous problems, apply structured thinking, and develop actionable recommendations
  • Excellent financial modeling and business analysis skills, with experience using data to drive strategic decisions
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders by translating complex data into clear insights, actionable recommendations, and advocating for data-driven decisions
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required
  • Prior experience with Salesforce, ERP/NetSuite, or similar enterprise systems is a plus
  • Experience in high-growth tech, software, or SaaS organizations is preferred

It would be awesome if you had:

  • Experience in pricing, go-to-market analytics, and corporate development
  • Background in high-growth SaaS or technology companies
