Role Overview

As a Strategy & Operations Associate, you’ll be a critical thought partner in driving the growth of our company. You will work across the entire portfolio, managing and improving operational processes, while taking ownership of strategic projects that support our ambitious goals. We’re looking for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, brings exceptional execution skills, and knows how to get things done—fast. You are an entrepreneurial, results-oriented problem-solver with a unique mix of analytical skills and operational know-how. You thrive in ambiguity, love solving complex problems, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Growth Initiatives: Collaborate with our executive team, CEO, and business units to design and implement scalable systems and processes that support our growth.
  • Operational Leadership: Take operational processes from concept to execution (0 to 1) and create playbooks to transform them into scalable, repeatable functions.
  • Be a Catalyst for Action: Execute relentlessly on a diverse array of priorities, proactively identifying gaps and opportunities, and taking the lead—sometimes with minimal direction.
  • Manage Enterprise Operating Rhythm: Own and continuously refine our operational cadence, including tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing objectives and key results (OKRs) across the organization.
  • Oversee Strategic Innovation Projects: Lead a portfolio of high-impact, cross-functional projects, managing ambiguity while steering initiatives to successful outcomes and securing buy-in from senior leadership.
  • Facilitate Alignment and Accountability: Organize and run strategic meetings, ensuring clarity around objectives, alignment on priorities, and execution of follow-up action items.
  • Financial Analysis and Strategic Decision Support: Build and analyze detailed financial models, assess the viability of new initiatives, and provide data-driven insights to support leadership decisions.
  • Optimize Processes: Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to elevate the effectiveness of our operations and drive sustainable growth.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree Required, MBA preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in consulting, investment banking, startups, or similar roles with a focus on strategy and execution.
  • Analytical Thinker: You’re data-driven and first-principled, with the ability to assess problems from multiple angles and communicate your findings clearly and effectively.
  • Execution-Oriented: You have a strong bias for action and know how to navigate through challenges with grit, resilience, and resourcefulness.
  • Problem Solver: Proven ability to tackle complex, undefined challenges with structure, creativity, and tenacity.
  • Influential Leader: Exceptional ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, driving alignment and delivering outcomes through influence and partnership rather than formal authority.
  • High-Energy Multitasker: Thrives in fast-paced environments with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
  • Strategic Facilitator: Strong ability to lead strategic meetings, synthesize diverse perspectives, and ensure clarity on next steps.
  • Financially Savvy: Advanced skills in building and interpreting financial models, assessing risks and opportunities, and articulating business cases to drive strategic decisions.
  • This a hybrid role, with 4 days in our New York office

If you’re passionate about growing businesses, excited to wear multiple hats, and eager to make an immediate impact, we’d love to hear from you!

PAY RATE: $90,000/yr-$110,000/yr

At Delta Galil, we strive to hire and nurture amazing talent. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience, specialized skills, and internal alignment.

DIVERSITY VISION STATEMENT:

We are committed to creating an inclusive environment that welcomes and values the differences among all of our associates, customers, suppliers, and the communities in which we live and conduct business. We are an equal employment opportunity for minorities, females, protected veterans, and the disabled.

We are committed to providing equal opportunities in employment and treating our associates and applicants without discrimination based on their race, color, gender, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, citizenship, disability, protected veteran status, or any other legally protected factor.
