About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Global Partnerships Manager to drive strategic partnerships and key ecosystem partners. The core focus of this role will be to develop and execute partnerships that significantly contribute to Canva's revenue goals and expand our market reach. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing high-value partnerships that integrate Canva into strategic ecosystems, driving mutual success for Canva and our partners.

What you'll be doing:
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development:
- Support the identification and evaluation of partnership opportunities strategic partners, and tech ecosystem players that align with Canva's growth objectives.
- Contribute to building a strong pipeline of potential partners by researching market trends, competitor activity, and areas of opportunity within the tech, cloud, and digital ecosystems.
- Assist in developing a partnership strategy and execution plan that supports Canva's broader business goals.
Revenue Growth Support:
- Help drive partnership initiatives that contribute to measurable revenue growth, including co-selling, solution integrations, bundled offerings, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
Collaborative Deal Execution:
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, marketing, etc.) to support the structuring and execution of partnership agreements that deliver value to Canva and its partners.
Integration Ecosystem Expansion:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with tech partners to support Canva's integration opportunities and drive product adoption in key markets.
Go-to-Market Coordination:
- Assist in the execution of joint marketing, sales, and customer success initiatives to enhance Canva's market positioning through partnerships.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track and report on partnership performance, monitoring KPIs related to revenue impact, product integrations, and overall business contribution.
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
- 8-10 years in a senior partnerships role, ideally within the tech or SaaS industry, with a track record of driving revenue through strategic partnerships.
- 5+ years of Management experience, building and leading a team.
- Bonus: Understanding of GSI and tech ecosystem partners, particularly within technology and creative solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale partnerships that drive business growth and market expansion.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with experience managing complex deals and cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize partnership performance against business goals.
- A deep network within the tech, cloud, and systems integrator ecosystems is a plus.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, balancing short-term results with long-term value creation
