GoTo’s Strategic Finance & Operations team is looking for a highly motivated and analytical Analyst to join our Strategy & Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Operations, the Strategic Operations Analyst will support business operations and partner on delivering strategies to hit our financial targets, ensuring seamless integration across functions and enhancing workflow efficiency. You'll be tasked with crafting and tracking critical performance indicators, refining execution processes for company-wide priorities and special initiatives, and working with key business units in strategic operational support required for cyclical and annual planning.

Your Day to Day

As a Strategic Analyst, Operations & Finance​, you would be working on:

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives; Conduct financial and other data analyses to inform strategic decisions; provide analytics and project management support for annual planning cycles.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize business processes; Support the execution of and ongoing management of existing processes; Implement new processes and best practices to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain alignment toward, and drive delivery of company-level priorities by supporting monthly and quarterly business review preparation, tracking of performance against committed business goals, and running recurring and/or ad hoc reporting.
  • Support or lead the execution of strategic initiatives, operational transformations, and special projects by gathering and synthesizing relevant data, performing analyses, scoping and building workplans, and driving execution of defined project plans.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders to gather insights and drive alignment on strategic priorities and initiatives; craft presentation materials, such as memos and decks, leveraging storytelling skills to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

As a Strategic Analyst, Operations & Finance your background will look like:

  • 3+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, business or go-to-market operations, program management or related roles; SaaS experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a similar field.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills (e.g., financial modeling) with high standards for work quality, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Ability to think strategically, be solution-oriented, communicate recommendations effectively, and work cross-functionally with all levels of employees to implement changes.
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and work ethic that can work independently or as part of a team with limited guidance; Has the ability to manage multiple requests, stay organized, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Annual Base Salary Range: $64,500.00 - $106,000.00

The above shows our ranges from minimum to maximum. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
