Job Description:

Articul8 AI is seeking an exceptional Strategic Accounts and Partnerships Lead to join us in shaping the future of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI). Articul8 is a flat organization where we don't get hung up on specific titles, however, this role is equivalent to Director-level responsibilities. You will act as a liaison between Articul8 and our Strategic Partners. This role is responsible for building and growing relationships with partners and driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition amongst the partners' audience. The ideal candidate will have a sales and/or market/business development background and experience working with channel partners. 

Responsibilities:

  • The Strategic Accounts and Partnership Lead is responsible for developing and managing new accounts, maintaining current business relationships, and assisting with the implementation of strategic sales and marketing business plan. 

  • Act as a liaison between Articul8 and Strategic Partners (B2B partners, etc). 

  • Build and grow relationships with partners to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. 

  • Identify and pitch opportunities to partners to add value and drive sales. 

  • Maintain a calendar of acquisition-focused opportunities and events at least 90 days out. 

  • Attend and engage in partner events, including virtual and live events. 

  • Collaborate with Marketing to create collateral for partnerships and events. 

  • Create partner contracts, purchase links, and attribution tracking. 

  • Report monthly on leads, sales, and retention. 

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years professional experience in strategic partnerships, business development, channel management, market development and/or sales management

  • C-Level customer engagement experience.

  • Strong customer service skills and oral/written communication.

  • Ability to manage potentially challenging partner personalities and gain partner trust.

  • Strong follow up on communication with partners and internal teams.

  • Ability to serve partners and potential customers outside of normal business hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: BSc or MSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or other

  • Leadership Skills: Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills to drive successful partnerships and revenue growth

  • Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, with a focus on results, problem-solving, and optimizing partnership opportunities

  • Experience working with Systems Integrators and other one-to-many partners

  • Cloud business experience and expertise.

  • Contract negotiation and closing experience.

  • Sales experience. While this isn’t a sales role, the ideal candidate will need to be able to drive business.

  • Experience or knowledge related to Generative AI software products
