Cruise is looking for a Talent Management Program Manager who will be a key member of our Talent Center of Excellence, collaborating across the People Team and our businesses.  This key member will own the key execution of talent processes, including Performance Management processes (e.g., Mid Year and Engine Check), Promotions, Talent Assessment, and/or Succession Planning. Our goal is to stay current on priority capabilities as the business grows and commercializes and to outperform our competitors with the help of effective performance management and career development. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Taking Ownership | Lead the full lifecycle of talent management programs, from design and development to execution and implementation.  This role requires someone who not only creates and refines programs but also ensures that they are effectively rolled out and embedded in the organization. 

  • Business Requirement Identification | Partner closely with Global People Operations and People Technology to identify process design requirements, implement testing, and roll-out People processes (including Mid Year, Promotions, Talent Assessment, Succession Planning, etc.)

  • Driving Results | Collaborate closely with senior leaders and HR business partners to identify talent needs and opportunities, and take the lead in translating these insights into actionable, impactful action plans and programs.

  • Executing with Excellence | Be the key driver of the performance management process, responsible for its seamless operation and continuous improvement. 

  • Measuring Impact | Monitor and analyze talent management metrics to assess program effectiveness and impact, making data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes.

  • Leading Change | Spearhead change management efforts related to rollout of talent management initiatives, ensuring that new programs are successfully adopted and sustained within the organization.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 7-10+ years of Talent Management experience in Fortune 500 companies, with focus on program management

  • Strong understanding of performance management, succession planning and leadership/manager development

  • Experience developing and operationalizing Talent Management Strategies at scale

  • Strong business acuity

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • An approach to developing talent programs that is human-centered, using agile design

  • Collaborative, influential and inclusive approach to virtual teaming

  • Experience implementing talent programs and processes in partnership with HR Operations and IT using Workday (or equivalent system)

  • A degree in Industrial Psych or Org Behavior or other business discipline

The salary range for this position is $122,400 - $180,000. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. You may also be offered a bonus, long-term incentives, and benefits. These ranges are subject to change.
