We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our Revenue Product team at Snap Inc!
What you'll do:

  • Help app advertisers buy, manage, monitor, and optimize their App Ads campaigns to help grow their business.
  • Define the strategy and roadmap for the App Install and App Re-Engagement advertiser facing features.
  • Lead the product life cycle end to end, working cross functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Data Science, and UX.
  • Ensure a seamless and delightful experience for creating and monitoring App Install and App Re-Engagement campaigns and provide advertisers with actionable insights and recommendations to help optimize their campaign performance.
  • Meet regularly with sales, advertisers, and customer support to identify challenges and opportunities and help improve our products and processes.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to collaborate strategically with all facets of an organization from C-Levels through to engineers, designers, and other cross-functional teams
  • Ability to inspire and be effective with cross functional teams
  • Ability to execute against defined objectives both tactically and strategically
  • Ability to initiate and drive emerging projects from strategy to completion
  • Ability to communicate results clearly and effectively across a matrix organization


Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant years of experience
  • 8+ years of experience building and shipping products at a consumer or advertising technology company


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing direct response digital advertising products
  • Experience optimizing a customer interface of a B2B software product to drive value to customers
  • Experience working on complex ML-based products
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Data Science, and UX

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) :
The base salary range for this position is $244,000-$366,000 annually.
Zone B :
The base salary range for this position is $232,000-$348,000 annually.
Zone C :
The base salary range for this position is $208,000-$311,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
