This role is pivotal in advancing Ridgeline’s HR operations and technology capabilities to deliver a seamless and impactful employee experience. The Staff HR Analyst will drive initiatives to optimize processes, ensure compliance, and enhance system efficiency while supporting the strategic goals of our HR and business teams.

Ridgeline is seeking a dynamic professional with a passion for operational excellence and a strong foundation in HR operations, cross-functional HR systems, and data integrity. Reporting to the Director of HR Operations, Technology & Insights, this position offers the opportunity to take ownership of critical HR functions, collaborate across departments, and contribute to a forward-looking HR strategy that drives measurable business impact. The individual in this role will also help lay the groundwork for strategic initiatives that align HR technology and processes with Ridgeline’s long-term enterprise architecture vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while providing guidance on cross-functional HR initiatives and responsibilities.
  • Address HR-related inquiries, delivering timely and accurate resolutions to uphold high levels of employee satisfaction.
  • Analyze and optimize HR processes, including hire-to-retire workflows, absence management, benefits administration, immigration, payroll, and time tracking, to improve efficiency, data integrity, and the overall employee experience.
  • Establish and manage a Technology Project Management Office (PMO) for HR initiatives, leading and supporting cross-functional projects with IT and Finance, and implementing PMO rituals to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of HR systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless integration across functions.
  • Contribute to the development of HR-specific data analytics capabilities, leveraging HR data to generate actionable insights, enhance reporting, and support Ridgeline’s broader data strategy.
  • Collaborate with HR, Recruiting, IT, and Finance teams to ensure cohesive execution of HR technologies and processes, creating scalable solutions that align with the organization’s long-term vision.
  • Act as a key partner in aligning HR systems and architecture with Ridgeline’s future enterprise-wide technology strategy, laying the groundwork for the establishment of an Enterprise Architecture Board.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of experience in HR operations and/or HR technology with a focus on cross-functional HR/G&A systems implementation.
  • Automation/RPA 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in implementing and managing HR systems with a deep understanding of HR processes and workflows.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, establish PMO objectives, and drive consistent project success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex systems and processes and implement improvements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • A data-driven mindset for presenting recommendations and solutions within HR Operations and Technology.

Bonus

  • Prior experience with a PEO and/or immigration compliance processes.
  • Familiarity with managing large-scale HRIS implementations or upgrades.

Compensation and Benefits 

[For California Based Only]

The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $140,000 - $157,500.  Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
