Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience 5+ years.
- Expertise in functional implementation experience of Oracle Fusion HCM apps.
- Strong experience in a consulting environment with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM Applications.
- Proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM functional implementation and maintenance.
- Successful experience as an Oracle Cloud functional consultant on at least 2 full life cycle implementations.
- Experience working with various Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Oracle Learning Management, Time and Labor, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, and administrative functionalities such as Approval Management, Security Management, Fast Formulas, Absence Management and BPM Management.
- Integrating third-party systems with Fusion HCM for data exchange and maintaining data jobs.
- Supporting the existing setup environment, including daily issue resolution and fixes.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL, RDBMS, and Oracle BI Publisher.
- Basic knowledge of SOAP, REST APIs, and web endpoints with respective object operations.
- Ability to resolve problems in a timely and effective manner, involving project managers and executive management as appropriate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure that ideas, strategies, and successes resonate within the team and with clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understanding the clients business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirements
- Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers.
- Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the clients requirements.
- Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation.
- Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed.
- Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it
- Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects
- Resolving issues that are raised during code/review, through exhaustive systematic analysis of the root cause, and being able to justify the decision taken.
- Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
