Let’s talk about the role

In this role you will work in the trenches side by side with product managers in early product discovery and delivery to de-risk new product development beyond Positive Airway Pressure, PAP, therapy - bringing the user voice into every decision-point. You are comfortable with ambiguity, working in agile environments and as a design thinker rapidly testing new ideas and concepts in co-creation with users in healthcare. You're interested and well-versed in exploring AI/Gen AI products and tools to help optimize your research and discovery efforts. Able to travel in the US and abroad.​

  • Collaborate with Product Managers to forecast research needs across areas of responsibility ​
  • Collaboratively develop research plans with study objectives, including participant screeners, moderator guides, and recruiting plans with clear timelines. ​
  • Communicate research study findings across multiple internal disciplines, including product, design, and executive stakeholders. ​
  • Regularly communicate project updates, including status, roadblocks, and outstanding questions.​
  • Use your expertise in the UX research space to guide stakeholders towards appropriate user-centered activities and tools to achieve objectives.​
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives, representing the voice of the user across the organization and helping to drive continuous iteration and improvement. ​
  • Proactively build user empathy within the organization through research study readouts and direct user feedback. ​
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance program execution​
  • Align with product vision to help create and shape the market of the future​

Let’s talk about you

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Qualitative/Quantitative Research experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of related industry experience

Preferred

  • HCI/UX/Design/Anthropologist/Behavioral Science background
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Ability to translate research insights into concepts
