Raptive is seeking a Sr. Technical Product Manager to join our ad code team! The Ad Code Product Manager position will play a vital role in driving incremental revenue opportunities for our network of more than 5,000 publishers. This role reports to the SVP, Product and may include management opportunities.

The Sr. Technical Product Manager, Ad Code, will focus on building out and optimizing our core ad technology stack.

What you'll be doing:

  • Monetization -- Developing new features and strategies that will drive more revenue for our publishers
  • Revenue Optimization - Bringing ideas to the table to maximize ad cpm
  • User Identity - Create internal graphs and leverage external tools to identify users across multiple sessions
  • Page Performance -- How can we make sure our ad delivery is as fast and efficient as possible to provide for the right UX
  • Page UX - Ensure a mixed balance of ads and visitor experience providing options and recommendations for our publishers
  • Advertiser products -- What new formats are going to drive engagement and excite advertisers? How can we package data with our ad inventory to make it more compelling?
  • Demand integrations -- which demand partners should we be working with and through what integrations? How can we leverage Prebid, OB and other wrapper technologies in the optimal way for our publishers, advertisers and end users

The skills and experience you bring to the job:

  • 8+ years in product management at a digital media, ad technology firm or similar
  • Proven track record of innovating, developing and launching successful ad technology software products
  • Expert knowledge of Prebid, GAM, SSPs, DSPs and related programmatic technologies
  • Understanding of Prebid User Identity or similar functions and how SSP and DSP’s use this data
  • Excellent data analysis and data-driven decision-making skills, familiarity with applied statistical analysis
  • Deep knowledge and technical understanding of web technology, advertising technology and related topics, such as JavaScript, browsers capabilities, ad servers, etc. (engineering background a strong plus)
  • Experience with Privacy, Regulatory, Compliance and Data Privacy Laws a strong plus (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Command of the product development life-cycle, from market analysis to problem identification, validation, solution development, go-to-market and beyond
  • Strong prioritization skills and experience applying them in the development of a product roadmap
  • Expertise in agile software development methodologies and collaboration with engineering to execute a product strategy
  • Managing other Product Managers a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required

The base salary range for this position is $150,000-$200,000. The range provided is Raptive’s reasonable estimate of the annualized base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, geographic location, knowledge, skills and abilities. This role is eligible for additional incentive compensation that isn’t included in the posted range.
