We're Looking For: A highly organized and detail-oriented Temp Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team to cover an employee leave (3+ months). This role is ideal for someone with advanced experience in reporting, Greenhouse analytics, scheduling tasks, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a seamless hiring process while leveraging data to drive efficiency and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance onboarding and hiring
Location: Woodland Hills, CA (Hybrid)
What You'll Be Doing: Primary duties and or/responsibilities; other duties may be assigned.
Recruitment Coordination & Scheduling:
- Manage complex interview scheduling across multiple time zones.
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Proactively address last-minute scheduling changes, ensuring smooth coordination.
Reporting, Analytics & Process Optimization:
- Utilize Greenhouse ATS to generate reports on hiring metrics, time-to-fill, pipeline health, and other key performance indicators.
- Analyze recruiting data to provide insights and recommendations for improving hiring efficiency.
- Maintain dashboards and custom reports to provide real-time analytics for the Talent Acquisition team.
- Identify opportunities to streamline scheduling and recruiting processes, implementing automation where possible.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Onboarding Support:
- Work closely with HR, IT, and hiring managers to ensure a seamless transition from hiring to onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with hiring and onboarding processes, providing stakeholders with the necessary documentation and reports.
Process Improvement & Candidate Experience:
- Maintain Greenhouse ATS data integrity, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize interview workflows and reduce bottlenecks.
- Implement best practices to enhance the candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups.
Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't tick ALL of these boxes.):
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition coordination, recruiting operations, or HR support.
- Advanced proficiency in Greenhouse ATS, including analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, or other data visualization tools to analyze recruitment data.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively address scheduling conflicts or inefficiencies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with stakeholders at all levels.

The hourly range for this position is $24.61/hr - $32.84/hr
The posted compensation range in this job posting reflects data based on California's cost of labor analysis. This salary range is subject to change per state; please click here to find the pay differential in your state of residence if the role is remote.
