About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect to join our fast growing IT Applications team. This pivotal role requires an expert in ServiceNow platform architecture, with strong experience of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), familiarity with implementing / continually evolving modules such as Hardware and Software Asset Management, IRM (GRC), HR, and Legal. Remediation of technical debt, building integrations, ensuring the platform's health and a good understanding of ServiceNow's Common Service Data model (CSDM) are equally important. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and the ability to leverage them to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness, while maximizing the ROI of our ServiceNow investment. You will contribute your expertise designing and building first-class solutions to meet evolving business requirements. What You'll Do:

• Design, architect, and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements
• Work with Leadership to define and execute on the vision, strategy and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform (and associated ITSM practices), that plans out investments in system maintenance, upgrade schedule, system improvements and additions to the ServiceNow ecosystem that aligns with the longer-term goals and objectives of CrowdStrike
• Provide architectural oversight and governance of all project and enhancement requests.
• Lead efforts in the CMDB and Configuration and Asset Management strategy and implementation, ensuring data accuracy, relationship / service mapping, and overall CI health
• Identify and remediate technical debt within existing ServiceNow solutions, optimizing performance and reliability
• Architect and oversee integrations with third-party systems and internal applications, ensuring secure, seamless data flow and process automation
• Monitor and maintain the overall health of the ServiceNow platform, including system performance, availability, and security
• Stay current with ServiceNow updates, new features, and industry best practices, and recommend enhancements to leverage platform capabilities effectively, to maximize ROI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business stakeholders, to deliver scalable and sustainable ServiceNow solutions
• Provide technical / architectural leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation
• Design and develop a workflow framework that can be applied to many workflows and continuously seek new opportunities to improve our current manual processes.
• Participate in code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being used
• Provide detailed estimates and work breakdown structure for assigned tasks

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience, typically 12+ years of ServiceNow Development / Architecture experience
• Experience in leading complex ServiceNow projects from inception to delivery, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Proven track record in remediating technical debt and optimizing ServiceNow platform performance
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide), API integrations, and web services.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good understanding of the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
• Solid experience working with CMDB and Asset Management modules
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administration (CSA) certification
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification
• Self-motivated and creative
• At least 2 years of experience implementing a specific ServiceNow module such as CMDB, HR, Service Portal, Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management etc.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and skipped update remediation.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies like Agile, Kanban, Scrum, Scaled Agile.

• Certified Implementation Specialist certification in one of the OOTB ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, etc.)
• Experience developing UI
• ITIL V3 / V4 Foundation or above

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $135,000 - $225,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
