Our Talent Acquisition Enablement Team is comprised of people with backgrounds in program management, operations, technology. We drive transformational and continuous improvement for Talent Acquisition, with a keen focus on efficiency, technology innovation, operational excellence, and quality data and experiences.
We're hiring an experienced Data Program Manager with a proven track record in driving strategy and business impact with data analytics. The ideal program manager is someone who is passionate about data, champions delivery excellence, and understands the importance of enabling quality data to drive organizational performance.
What you'll do
- Drive the program strategy for data initiatives, ensuring alignment with TA goals and objectives
- Leverage your experience in advanced analytics and data visualization to drive a deeper understanding of TA performance through insights that help shape our overall strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and engineers to drive data initiatives that create efficiency and unlock quality data
- Ensure TA delivery teams have access to the data they need to run their teams, and drive enablement in reporting usage to enhance data driven execution
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in analytics tools and methodologies to drive innovation and best practices
- Analyze and report on program and performance outcomes and impact using industry standard approaches and benchmarking to make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- 5+ years of experience in analytics focused roles, ideally in TA/HR/People organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Experience in analytics and project management or program management, with a proven track record of using project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP) to manage complex projects
- Proficiency in analytics tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders
- Knowledge of data management, data governance, and data analytics best practices
- Experience in the global technology industry is preferred, ideally supporting an organization of 5K+ employees
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $134,600 - $179,500
Zone B: $121,200 - $161,600
Zone C: $111,800 - $149,000
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
