As a Senior Program Manager of IT PMO, you will lead and manage complex, cross-functional programs spanning multiple quarters. This strategic leadership role requires driving system and business process maturity across various business units to achieve the company’s annual objectives. You will collaborate with teams across the organization, eliminating ambiguity, promoting teamwork, and delivering exceptional solutions that empower business units to meet and exceed their goals. 

You Will: 

  • Champion project management best practices within project teams and promote a culture of continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and open communication. 
  • Consistently apply project management processes, driving initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Possess a solid understanding of ITIL process areas and apply them to optimize service delivery. 
  • Leverage your experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry to drive meaningful outcomes. 
  • Regularly assess project risks, identify key risk factors, and propose mitigation strategies such as training, frameworks, and proof of concepts. 
  • Oversee project escalations and manage perceptions to ensure alignment across all stakeholders. 
  • Identify potential bottlenecks, challenges assumptions, and proactively propose solutions to keep projects on track and ensure timely delivery. 

 

You Bring: 

  • A strong technical and product delivery background with hands-on experience in managing large-scale programs. 
  • Deep familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and Manufacturing systems. 
  • The ability to translate complex business processes into clear technical requirements and actionable plans. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present data, reports, and updates to stakeholders at all levels. 
  • The ability to thrive in a collaborative onsite environment, contributing to a high-performance team. 
  • A commitment to being onsite, fostering dynamic teamwork and maintaining strong relationships across the organization
