The Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Executive Audience will play a crucial role in developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies designed to reach and engage senior executives and decision-makers across various industries. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of both data and AI, as well as what drives executives through their buying decisions, with a proven track record in creating compelling marketing initiatives tailored to this audience.

The impact you will have:

  • Strategic Planning: You will develop and implement a comprehensive audience marketing strategy that targets C-suite executives and senior decision-makers. Align strategies with the company's overall business objectives and growth goals.
  • Audience Segmentation: You will identify and segment executive audiences based on industry, company size, and other relevant factors. Then, you will develop tailored marketing approaches for each segment to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Content Creation: You will oversee the creation of high-quality, relevant content that resonates with executive audiences, including executive presentations, thought leadership, and sales enablement. Collaborate with content creators and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and impact.
  • Program Management: You will design, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing programs aimed at executive audiences. Utilize digital marketing, campaigns, events, and other channels to drive engagement and generate leads.
  • Analytics and Reporting: You will monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, improve ROI, and demonstrate the impact of marketing activities to senior management.
  • Relationship Building: You will collaborate and foster relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and credibility among executive audiences.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with sales, marketing, partner, product, and executive teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals. Based on market trends and audience feedback, you will provide insights and recommendations
  • Budget Management: You will manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximizing the impact of marketing investments.

What we look for:

  • 5+ years of experience in product, solution or industry marketing at an enterprise software or SaaS company, with a focus on targeting executive audiences or senior decision-makers.
  • Experience with cloud, data and AI technologies is preferred
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive engagement and lead generation at the executive level.
  • Strong understanding of executive decision-making processes and the ability to create tailored messaging that addresses their specific needs and pain points.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range Transparency

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above. $146,000$223,900 USD

Zone 2 Pay Range

$131,400$201,500 USD

Zone 3 Pay Range

$124,100$190,300 USD

Zone 4 Pay Range

$116,800$179,100 USD
