About the Role


We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for PushPress Core, our integrated SaaS platform for gyms and fitness studios. In this high-impact role, you will own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for a critical part of our business, including the integration of AI capabilities. We're looking for a customer-obsessed, data-driven product leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. 


Reporting to the VP of Product, you will drive cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch. You will define product requirements, prioritize features, and work closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders across the company. Your ultimate charge is to delight our customers with innovative solutions that empower gyms to thrive.

What You'll Do

  • Help define the product vision, strategy and roadmap for PushPress Core
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities
  • Translate insights into well-defined product requirements and user stories
  • Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver high-quality features
  • Establish metrics and measure the success of product initiatives
  • Communicate plans, progress and results to leadership and stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI to enhance the product experience
  • Cultivate deep empathy for our customers and their needs

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of shipping successful software products
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
  • Experience integrating AI capabilities into products
  • Technical acumen to effectively partner with engineering
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Relentless focus on the customer and their needs
  • Entrepreneurial drive and founder mentality
