Job Description

We're looking for a passionate Sr. Product Manager to join our growing team and lead the charge in bringing amazing products to life. You'll be the bridge between business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility, ensuring every product launch is a win.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision:

  • Conduct market research and user analysis to identify opportunities and define the product vision.
  • Develop a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business goals and user needs.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and new technologies to ensure the product remains competitive.


User Focus:

  • Champion the user's voice by conducting user research to understand their needs, pain points, and desired functionalities.
  • Collaborate with designers and UX professionals to create an intuitive and user-friendly product experience.
  • Analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and iterate on the product.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure product development aligns with all stakeholders' needs.
  • Effectively communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to all levels of the organization.


Product Ownership:

  • Define product requirements and user stories to guide the development process.
  • Manage product launch and go-to-market strategy.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the impact of product features on user engagement and business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a relevant field. MBA and Scientific background is a nice-to-have.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management
  • Experience working in Pharmaceutical company, preferably in clinical data management
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for technology and a strong understanding of user needs.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual base salary for this position is $155,000- 175,000 with a 8% annual bonus component.. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
