Are you ready to embark on a challenging yet rewarding journey in the realm of procurement operations? We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking individual to join our team as a Procurement Operations Specialist. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing procurement processes, supporting our travel and entertainment space and engaging in negotiations for our Marketing department.

Be at the forefront of managing end-to-end procurement processes. From working with the business on setting up Purchase Orders to identifying synergy opportunities, you will have the opportunity to cultivate with both internal and external stakeholders. Your role involves utilizing a P2P system efficiently, ensuring a seamless and transparent procurement workflow.


Take charge of our travel and entertainment space by implementing effective cost-savings strategies and systems. Evaluate and manage our current T&E program and identify room for improvement.


Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to understand their unique requirements and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers. Your ability to navigate the complexities of marketing procurement will be crucial in securing optimal deals that align with both budgetary and quality expectations.


Be a forward thinker, identifying areas for process improvement. Analyze existing workflows, propose innovative solutions, and implement changes that enhance efficiency. This role provides a platform for you to contribute to the evolution of our procurement strategies.


Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate procurement performance, track key metrics, and generate comprehensive reports. Your analytical skills will be valuable in assessing the effectiveness of procurement strategies, providing valuable info for strategic decision making.




  • Resourceful, with superb attention to detail and the ability to execute with little supervision
  • Familiarity with Purchase Orders and procure-to-pay systems
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships
  • Experience designing and communicating clear processes, with a focus on problem solving and process improvement
  • Proven experience in travel and entertainment operations and management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects to ensure on-time delivery
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and exhibit flexibility within changing business needs



  • Experience with Coupa, Concur, Amex Global Business and Smartsheets
  • Ability to take word problems and explain to Budget Owners

Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
