About The Role 

We are looking for an ambitious Senior HR Business Partner to support our talent strategy and people programs. If you are a skilled people professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, this is the right place for you. Ideally, you have worked successfully with Sales teams in other SaaS companies and tech start-ups with an international footprint. This role reports to the Chief People Officer.

You will engage closely with the CRO, CMO, CFO, and their senior management in the US to help drive support of the business by delivering various initiatives, people processes, and helping them effectively problem solve. Our employees will look to your leadership and mentorship in helping achieve career and company growth. 

You will be part of a great global HR team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in employee relations, labor relations, coaching managers, understanding business needs, head counts and budget controls, onboarding, exit interviews, performance improvement plan, and talent & development. A hands-on approach is needed.

CO Posting: The base pay range for candidates located in Colorado is up to $120,000-$150,000 (/yr). The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to market location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, experience and training, education, skill sets, and other business and organizational needs. A bonus, equity, commissions, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered. This position may be considered a promotional opportunity. The disclosed salary range represents an estimate of the base compensation for candidates who can or will be located in Colorado. This range may vary with respect to candidates whose primary work location is outside those jurisdictions.

NYC and CA Posting: The base pay range for candidates located in New York City and California is $120,000-$150,000 (/yr).
