As Relyance AI’s Sr. People and Culture Partner (HRBP), you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture and driving employee experience. You will partner closely with our leadership team to implement innovative HR strategies and initiatives that align with our business objectives.

As a Sr. People and Culture Partner, your role will include:

  • Strategic HR Business Partnership:
    • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and develop HR strategies to support them.
    • Provide strategic HR consulting on a wide range of people-related issues, including performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Employee Experience:
    • Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience, including onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement programs, and learning and development opportunities.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that empowers employees to thrive.
  • Performance Management:
    • Implement and manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and compensation planning.
    • Coach and mentor employees to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Utilize HR analytics to identify trends, measure the impact of HR initiatives, and inform strategic decision-making.

This role could be a fit for you if you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on HRBP roles.
  • Proven track record of success in implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive business results.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Namely).

Bonus points for:

  • PHR or equivalent Certifications

As such, the base salary pay range for this role is $140,000 to $180,000.
