As a Senior Software Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, develop, test, maintain, and implement high-quality software solutions. Working closely with product and architecture teams, you will contribute to the full lifecycle application development process, researching technical options for features, providing guidance on findings, and building proof of concepts to confirm the best approach. Your responsibilities will include determining optimal solutions for architecture, efficiency, maintainability, and scalability, collaborating with developers and architects. Additionally, you will aid Product Management in creating product roadmaps and ensuring objectives are realistic and achievable. You will work alongside Principal Engineers to create solution designs following architectural guidance and design, and you will mentor junior developers to foster their professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of software development, from brainstorming ideas to deployment and beyond.
- Research emerging technologies and provide actionable insights, building prototypes to validate the best solutions.
- Architect and implement solutions with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and maintainability, working closely with developers and architects.
- Collaborate with Product Management to help shape realistic, innovative product roadmaps that push boundaries.
- Partner with Principal Engineers to design and develop solutions that align with architectural guidelines and standards.
- Mentor and coach junior developers, helping them grow their skills and elevate their contributions
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET software development, building robust web-based applications.
- Expertise in Microsoft development stack: .NET Core, .NET Framework 4.5+, C#, JavaScript, RESTful services, ORM, T-SQL, JSON, MVC, XML, HTML, CSS, and Azure-based architectures.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills to articulate technical solutions and collaborate effectively.
- Proven experience with modern architectural patterns, including Microservices, SOA, Domain-Driven Design, CQRS, Asynchronous Messaging, Service Bus, Event Sourcing, APIs, and Web Services.
