  • Reporting & Monitoring: Develop robust reporting and monitoring systems to track the performance of marketing operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Data Quality & Governance: Implement best practices for maintaining data quality, consistency, and integrity across all systems and ensure that all data flows between platforms meet the necessary security standards.
  • Technology Optimization: Continuously assess and refine the MarTech ecosystem to improve marketing efficiency and scalability, ensuring tools are fully leveraged to support business goals.
  • Strategic Partnering with Leadership: A skilled communicator, able to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Influence and manage relationships across marketing, sales, data and IT teams to ensure alignment on lead management processes and system usage.
  • Best practices: Stay up to date on the latest trends and advancements in marketing technology and recommend improvements.
  • This position may require stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties.

  • Experience with iPaaS tools such as Workato, Zapier, Tray.io for custom integrations and reverse ETL solutions.
  • Can effectively leverage APIs and integration technologies to connect disparate systems and create seamless user experiences.
  • Proven ability to design and manage lead lifecycle workflows, ensuring timely handoff to sales teams.
  • Experience in working with senior leadership and influencing decision-making across diverse marketing and sales stakeholders.
  • Expertise in integrating multiple systems to support data quality, lead flow, and marketing-to-sales handoff processes.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to lead large-scale, complex projects from conception to implementation.
