CrowdStrike is seeking a Solution Architecture leader with significant cyber security domain expertise and experience leading a partner-facing, global technical sales team. As a leader in the Solution Architecture organization, you and your team will be aligned to the Global Alliances team, working with Global Systems Integrators (GSI) and Telcos. Leading technical strategy for these partners along with a team of highly skilled Solutions Architects, you will be responsible for developing and executing major partnership initiatives, training and accreditation programs, and services delivery to enable partners to position, deploy, and manage the CrowdStrike platform for their clients and customers. You will be reporting directly to the Director of Solutions Architecture and aligned to Global Directors and Managers of Alliances.
What You'll Do:
- Work closely with partners and their sales and technical leaders promote and further CrowdStrike's Sales growth.
- Work with your Solution Architects to build out and grow process standards for GSI and Telco partners related to consulting, demonstration, lab, and proof-of-value motions
- Identify and execute opportunities to deliver thought leadership and advisory related to modern threats, risk, and protection at global joint marketing events
- Develop technical enablement plans for key strategic partners and ensure execution via responsible teams
- Ensure coverage, alignment, and communication between regional teams in support of global partner footprints utilizing in-region Solutions Architecture and Alliances resources
- Help to drive opportunities by aligning partner and field sales cooperation.
- Act as technical authority between multiple internal teams to resolve issues, conflicts, and support escalations
- Coach, mentor and develop the Solution Architecture skill-set to meet current and emerging sales opportunity needs.
- Support Corporate Major initiatives designed to deliver extensive growth globally.
- Act as player-coach while you expand a rapidly growing partner segment.
- Engage with Alliances and partner leadership to establish strategic plans and objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to establish key stakeholders and business-line owners.
- Provide guidance on complex technical issues utilizing in-depth knowledge of the company, products, industry and solutions.
- Consult on methods, techniques and evaluation processes for CrowdStrike solutions.
- Report on, and advocate for, partner capabilities and progress to the broader sales organization.
What You'll Need:
- 10+ years or equivalent experience in consulting, Sales Engineering or Solution Architecture roles – particularly in the areas of security incident response or managed endpoint security.
- 6+ years or equivalent experience in direct management of a technical team
- Ability to understand and adapt new technologies into complex architectures and processes.
- Technical understanding of incident response, computer forensics, endpoint security technologies, Security Operations Centers (SOC) and managed services.
- Motivated and inspiring leader with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communicator - written, verbal, and ability to engage with audience.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to implement systematic approaches to scale within a fast-paced environment.
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant work experience.
- Business development experience in a consulting and/or services environment
- Travel as needed both domestically and internationally.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $140,000 - $225,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
