Job Description:

The role:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager of Brand - Devices to lead the brand management for Hydrafacial® devices, the cornerstone of our ecosystem. This role is critical in developing and executing strategies that will enhance the device portfolio's brand equity, drive growth, and ensure alignment with the broader business objectives. The Senior Manager will collaborate across teams, including sales, product development, global marketing, and regional stakeholders, to ensure the devices are positioned effectively in the market and continue to innovate within the beauty health category.

What you’ll do:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies for Hydrafacial® devices, ensuring that product positioning, messaging, and campaigns align with overall brand goals and the consumer experience. Identify emerging trends with the HCP community and apply insights into the development of initiatives.
  • Product Positioning & Differentiation: Own the positioning of Hydrafacial® devices in the North America market. Define clear differentiation strategies that highlight the unique value proposition of the devices and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
  • Regional Marketing: Lead the development and implementation of tactical marketing plans through B2B and B2C promotions that drive HCP engagement and consumer demand in the Practice, working directly with NA Marketing VP and Director.
  • Promotional Marketing Materials: Own the development and ongoing up-keep of all B2B and B2C marketing materials to support in-office visibility and pull through
  • Consumer & Market Insights: Conduct consumer and market research to understand evolving trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Leverage insights to inform device innovation, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product development, R&D, sales, Global Marketing and creative teams to bring new devices to market, ensuring alignment across all functions. Work with regional teams to customize campaigns and strategies for local markets.
  • Go-to-Market Leadership: Creating and executing on go-to-market strategies for devices and campaign launches demonstrated by being the point person for creating and communicating all materials & timeliness to support Marketing, Sales and Training & Education and other cross-functional departments
  • Sales Enablement & Support: Partner with the sales team to ensure effective communication of device benefits and key selling points to customers. Create and rollout sales enablement tools, training materials, and device-related marketing collateral.
  • Brand Performance & Metrics: Establish KPIs and track brand performance to measure the success of device-related marketing initiatives. Monitor sales growth, brand health, and ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Innovation & Device Evolution: Work with Global Marketing to ensure the Hydrafacial® devices evolve to meet consumer demands and industry trends, driving continuous innovation within the device portfolio.

What you need to know:

Experience/Skills/Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, with a focus on devices, technology, or beauty-related industries. Experience in the beauty, health, or wellness space is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in leading successful device or product launches, from strategy development to execution.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, product marketing, and competitive analysis.
  • Expertise in consumer insights, market trends, and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product development, and creative teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Passion for innovation in the beauty health space and a deep understanding of the consumer journey in devices.

(Base Salary Pay Range: $120,000 - $140,000)

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of BeautyHealth’s total rewards package for our employees.
