The Role
As a Sr. Manager, Account Management, you will play a key role in driving sales and building strong relationships with clients. You will manage a portfolio of existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, providing tailored solutions, conducting product presentations, and negotiating contracts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to sales are essential for success in this role.

What You’ll Do
•    Manage and grow a designated account portfolio.
•    Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
•    Create and deliver accurate forecasts
•    Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients/prospects.
•    Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
•    Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients.
•    Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing and product teams to align offerings with client needs.
•    Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.

What You’ll Bring
•    Preferred: Bachelor’s degree (B.A)  
•    3+ years of proven, on-quota sales experience in B2B software applications.
•    Experience selling licenses/subscriptions to large, complex organizations, with a track record of managing all aspects of territory.
•    Proficient in negotiating business terms with line-of-business leaders, senior management, and C-level executives.
•    Consistent history of exceeding sales quotas in competitive markets.
•    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
•    Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential
•    SAAS sales experience preferred
•    Bilingual language an asset -French/English
