We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated team member with exceptional communication and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive and able to work cross-functionally with various teams throughout Roblox.

This is a 5 day/week in-office position.

You will:

  • Provide excellent, day-to-day onsite IT support at our HQ buildings in San Mateo
  • Provide remote support to employees, contractors and BPO’s globally
  • Meet or exceed operational metrics goals such as MTTR and CSAT (to mention a few)
  • Be positioned to resolve internally escalated issues prior to escalating to other teams
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams
  • Assist our A/V team to prep meetings and troubleshoot issues
  • Be a key player supporting the roll out of new software, new releases and resolve related issues
  • Own and drive projects and internally own processes/systems
  • Mentor other team members

You have:

  • 5+ years previous IT support experience
  • Strong attention to detail and are heavily metrics driven
  • Understanding of security principles and attack vectors
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Hands on experience and extensive knowledge of macOS, Windows, ChromeOS, Linux environments
  • Experience with administering Zoom, Slack, 1Password, Chrome Browser (or similar)
  • Experience with access/identity management with systems: Okta, Google Workspace, EntraID, Active Directory (or similar)
  • Experience with hardware asset management
  • Experience with operating and administrating ticketing systems: ZenDesk, Jira (or similar)
  • Experience with operating MDM systems: Jamf, Workspace ONE (or similar)

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.

Annual Salary Range

$139,580$182,960 USD

Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).

Hybrid Workspace

Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.

We are requiring employees to be in the office three days a week – with core days being Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. On Mondays and Fridays, employees may choose to work remotely, although the office will still be open.
