                                                Senior IT Implementation Consultant II

We will count on you to:

Responsible for leading the integration of Workday applications for clients transitioning from their legacy financial and human resource planning management systems to Workday and ensuring that the value of Workday is maximized by clients. Translate and explain Workday service-oriented applications, web services invocation, business processes operations, user and role-based security and session limitations, in terms of payroll, benefits, and time tracking systems to non-technical users. Facilitate customer design and works with internal Architects to provide fully formed solutions. Architect and guide the design and migration of core technical human resources structures to Workday. Evaluate Workday application integration projects using specific project methodology to ensure projects are delivered properly. Build customized reports, including trended reports and matrix reports, in order to test loaded data as part of quality assurance processes. Understand business requirements and architect/customize infrastructure workloads based on the requirements gathered. Deploy multi-tier Workday application solutions to secure cloud infrastructure. Conduct periodic availability, capacity, and information security analysis, to ensure that SLAs and business requirements are met. Perform tenant build, management and optimization using tools such as Migration Recipes, Cloud Loader, Advanced Loader, Customer Central, iLoads, object transporter, and Excel plugins. Review, validate and load data through Workday Web Services using Implementation Suites and Implementation Tasks. Architect cloud-based application solutions to interact with payroll, benefits, and time clock vendors, based on client requirements. Guide the effort to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues using XML schema, Path, and predefined Web Service Description Language (WSDLs). Effectively mentor Sr. Associates developing in sales related activities. Provide overarching mentorship to full project teams, provide leadership within Practice Area around consistent resource development, and consistent vision for Practice Area efficiency and business development. Coordinate with Delivery Leadership for company initiatives and Practice Area strategy. Engage with Delivery Review Board. Support sales pursuits in closing prospects.

What you need to have: 

Must have Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering Software Engineering, or a related field, and five (5) years of progressively responsible postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered, as a Workday Consultant, Software Developer, Principal Workday Consultant or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered, as a Workday Consultant, Software Developer, Principal Workday Consultant or in a related occupation. Five (5) years of experience (or three (3) years with a Masters) must include: Implementing HR/ERP systems using PeopleSoft, Oracle HR, SuccessFactors, ADP, Workday, or Ceridian; Configuring Human Resources, HRIS, and HCM software applications; Analysing business requirements and creating detailed technical specifications in Workday; Delivering HR/ERP solutions using Microsoft Excel functions, including Macros, data manipulation techniques, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP; Performing core and historical data conversion and validation from legacy systems into Workday; Executing full software development life cycle with SaaS and On-Premise ERP systems; Resolving integration problems, including security, data conversion, and implementation approaches; Using XML Schema and XPATH; Developing HR, Benefits or Payroll system data structures; Performing Workday integration with Studio, EIB, or Document Transformation; Performing data conversion using Workday Excel add-in and ASAP Utilities; and Data conversion requirements and mapping including Global Data. Must have Workday HCM Certification.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $176,134.00 - $214,000.00 per year.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
