Summary
NM is seeking an Innovative leader dedicated to leading the design and execution comprehensive enterprise learning strategies, with a focus on leadership development and enterprise capability. Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Leadership & Management

  • Strategize and oversee enterprise learning capabilities, spanning learning experience design, delivery, instructional design, learning technology, knowledge management, and more.
  • Manage an annual budget to deliver timely, impactful, and cost-effective learning solutions exceeding business expectations.
  • Foster professional growth within a team of leaders to develop and deploy strategic learning assets aligned with critical business objectives.
  • Create a highly engaging work environment that encourages excellence and peak performance.


Learning Experience & Program Design:

  • Ensure a consistent and comprehensive learning experience across enterprise learning team's learning portfolio
  • Balance delivery modalities to optimize learning solutions.
  • Develop, implement, manage, and assess learning programs for alignment with enterprise needs, recommending enhancements to extend reach and impact.
  • Execute a multi-year strategy to future-proof learning models, accommodating diverse generational learning preferences and championing innovative solutions.


Performance & Metrics:

  • Establish and monitor key learning performance metrics to measure and enhance business impact, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Implement feedback loops to gather user insights and measure satisfaction, leveraging this data for refining learning solutions.


Vendor & Partnership Management:

  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure deliverables meet business needs, negotiating investments strategically.
  • Develop and maintain internal and external partnerships to effectively execute learning strategies.


Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with executives, department heads, and other leaders to align learning initiatives with evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate across functional areas to develop high-level strategies addressing performance requirements


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education or a related field or an equivalent combination of professional related work experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience in the learning domain, including at least 5 years in enterprise capability and leadership development.
  • Mastery of adult learning principles and learning experience design, with a strong emphasis on human-centered design.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to balance current challenges and future opportunities, translating strategic focus into actionable business plans.
  • Strong leadership in navigating change within fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
  • Exceptional consulting skills, including leading, negotiating, and influencing at all organizational levels, with and without direct authority.


Compensation Range:
Pay Range - Start:
$123,480.00
Pay Range - End:
$229,320.00
Geographic Specific Pay Structure:
220 - Structure 110: 135,800.00 USD - 252,200.00 USD 220 - Structure 115: 142,030.00 USD - 263,770.00 USD
