About the Role:
The Sr. Director of HR Operations and M&A is responsible for building and leading the execution of all our HR systems, tools, HR transformation and AI efforts, roadmap, and HR product management. They will work with IT and all HR Teams, to define and create our AI strategy. They will also be the HR team lead for mergers and acquisitions from due diligence, strategic planning, communications, change management and integration. This is a newly created role where we are looking for a seasoned team member to lead us into our next phase of growth and lead us into the future.
What You'll Do:

  • Lead and execute a comprehensive digital HR Transformation and AI strategy for HR.
  • In partnership with the HR Services team, asses current processes and identify areas for digital transformation and automation.
  • Develop and integrate a cohesive HR technology ecosystem built to scale.
  • Manage change process and maximize user adoption of new HR technologies.
  • Create a more engaging and efficient technology platform to enhance employee experience.
  • Build collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders and technology vendors.
  • Partner with all teams to transform HR processes to be more efficient, responsive, and aligned with organizational needs.
  • Create a product management design mindset and team across all our HR Technology solutions.
  • Lead and represent the HR team in M&A from deal negotiations to due diligence through integration, successfully partnering with cross functional M&A leads and all levels of leaders internally and with the target company. Monitor and track project progress against project deliverables; communicate project status, including roadblocks, milestones and successes with all project stakeholders.
  • Lead HR technology providing strategic, technical, and functional leadership for the end-to-end HR Technology roadmap all built for scale.
  • Collaborate with and drive requirements for HR Services, Data & Analytics, and HRIS teams to deliver unified and best in class programs.
  • Lead and design the HR digital employee experience through HR technology and AI solutions and end user experience.
  • Partner with our Employee Experience team and other cross functional teams to lead the optimization of our Employee Experience by delivering an easy-to-use platform of tools as well as world-class processes that enhance our employee's productivity, engagement, and retention.
  • Project manage large cross functional projects related to process re-engineering, enterprise solutions, system implementations and other complex needs.


What You'll Need:

  • 15+ years leading an HR Operations team at a high growth and publicly traded technology company.
  • Deep HRIS experience with Workday and all other HR products, implementing, integrating and road mapping.
  • 5+ years' experience leading HR M&A in all phases.
  • Hands on leadership style with ability to articulate vision and participate in the solution.
  • Global experience in designing and implementing large-scale strategic and transformational programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with demonstrated ability to build productive relationships and ability to present information in a clear and concise manner to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to think critically, prioritize, work in a fast-paced environment, balance ability to work fast with a high degree of accuracy and detail.
  • Player coach with track record of building and leading high performing teams.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $190,000 - $290,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
