We seek an experienced and innovative marketing pro to join our growing team. In this role, you will build and execute a comprehensive strategy for virtual events (webinars, roundtables, livestreams, product launches) and develop critical programs, including ABM (Account-Based Marketing) initiatives and digital channel/partner marketing efforts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-impact content, manage event execution, and support program development to drive pipeline growth and engagement. More importantly, you will innovate and develop new ways to reach audiences, imagine, and launch first-in-industry ideas, including leveraging new AI capabilities.
Location: Bay Area - This is a Hybrid role that is 2 days onsite in our Sunnyvale office
What you’ll do:
Plan and execute virtual events and live streams

Own end-to-end management of virtual events, including webinars, roundtables, live streams, and product launches

Work with contractors and product marketing to plan and execute virtual product launches

Develop content themes and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver compelling event experiences.

Manage event logistics, including scheduling, invitations, registration, and post-event follow-up (list uploads, post event sequences, etc).
Develop innovative digital programs

Work with marketing and sales teams to design and implement effective digital programs that target high-priority accounts.

Collaborate with channel/partner teams to build marketing campaigns that expand reach and drive joint pipeline growth.
Develop digital programs with channel partners

Work closely with the Channel Account Managers (CAMs) to drive joint marketing programs with channel and technology alliance partners via digital channels.

Support the development and execution of co-branded campaigns, events, and other initiatives that align with partner goals.

Contribute to virtual events, content creation, and promotional efforts in collaboration with partners.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; relevant work experience may substitute.

3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on event management, ABM
programs, or partner/channel marketing.

Proven success in managing and executing virtual events that drive measurable results.

Strong understanding of digital marketing and ABM principles.

Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Experience using sales and marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Familiarity and comfort level with reporting and analytics tools, basic Excel proficiency

Experience building something from the ground up

Must be located in the Bay Area and available to come into the office two times a week

With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate’s skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. The estimated base salary for this role is $135k. This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range. This estimate is also just one component of Cyberhaven's total rewards package.
